We are seeking a Video Conference Analyst on a contract basis to help support our Customer’s business needs. This role is on-site in Hermitage, TN.

Please Note: In order to create a safe, productive work environment, our client is requiring all contractors who plan to be onsite to be fully vaccinated according to the CDC guidelines. Prior to coming into our offices, contractors will be required to attest that they are fully vaccinated.

We are seeking a Video Conference Analyst on a contract basis to help support our Customer’s business needs. This role is on-site in Hermitage, TN.
Responsibilities
- Video Enablement Support for MTR room, Zoom room, Webex, and Crestron
- Troubleshooting and identifying issues in video-enabled rooms remotely.
- Work with 3rd party vendors to remotely support video-enabled rooms.
- ServiceNow ticketing
- 3-5 years of experience
- Knowledge of the technology necessary to support virtual/in-office events, including, but not limited to Zoom, Teams, WebEx, and other industry-standard streaming platforms.
- Knowledge of video codecs and playback equipment, and industry standard protocols.
- Understands concepts of streaming/broadcast production, video equipment, including switchers, audio boards, routers, GFX creation, cameras, lighting, microphones, and other relevant production equipment is preferred, but not required.
- Ability to think quickly, multitask, and make decisions during high-demand situations.
- Basic knowledge and understanding of information risk concepts and principles.
- Understands and articulates current technology offerings, frameworks, methods, and tools.
- Understands industry common standards for creating, editing, and delivering for live events.
