A partner of The Mom Project in the automotive industry is seeking a contract Non-Technical Project Manager to help support their business needs.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate monthly offer authoring activities for go-to-market execution across supported brands and digital experiences
- Review, validate, and maintain offer-related content and data to ensure accuracy across applications and digital retail experiences
- Partner with internal stakeholders, brand teams, and external agencies to gather business needs and technical requirements
- Assist with release readiness activities, including requirements gathering, timeline coordination, and cross-functional communication
- Support technical release activities, including user acceptance testing (UAT) and validation across multiple environments
- Troubleshoot issues impacting offer setup, display, or downstream systems
- Manage and resolve field team escalations requiring JIRA Level 2 support
- Develop and maintain documentation and organizational processes to improve operational efficiency
- Identify and escalate risks, gaps, and issues that may impact launches or enhancement delivery
- Build knowledge of incentive systems, web services, and downstream dependencies to support technical changes and issue resolution
- Partner with external technical agencies to gather technical requirements for application and web service upgrades
- Manage release timelines to ensure business requirements are met
- Support the development of customer-centric technical strategies for digital shopping experiences
- Assist with managing project schedules, timelines, and stakeholder communications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience
- 2-4 years of experience supporting incentives, offer management, digital retail, or a related business or operations function
- Knowledge of OEM incentives and offers
- Experience with vehicle configuration data
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and changing priorities
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to understand interconnected systems, web services, and downstream dependencies
- Ability to gain a high-level understanding of complex IT solutions and technical concepts
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently while coordinating across multiple teams
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Working knowledge of APIs, response structures, or system integrations
- M-F, 40 hours/week
- Hybrid in Warren, MI - In-office Tues, Wed, Thurs, 8 am-5 pm EST
