Precision Deburring Technician

Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $18.00–$24.00/hour (Based on Experience)
Shifts Available:

• A-Shift: Monday – Thursday | 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• B-Shift: Monday – Thursday | 2:30 PM – 12:30 AM
• C-Shift: Friday – Sunday | 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Work 36 hours, get paid for 40)

What You'll Do

As a Precision Deburring Technician, you'll help ensure finished components meet the highest quality standards before reaching customers.

Responsibilities include:

• Deburr and finish precision-machined components to exact specifications.
• Remove burrs, sharp edges, and surface imperfections using hand tools and precision equipment.
• Inspect parts for cosmetic and dimensional quality.
• Work with small, intricate components requiring excellent hand-eye coordination.
• Follow detailed work instructions and quality standards.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area.
• Communicate effectively with production and quality teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain efficient workflow.

What We're Looking For

• Strong attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to perform detailed work on small precision components.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic computer skills; Microsoft Office experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Preferred Experience

• Previous deburring, polishing, assembly, inspection, or precision manufacturing experience.
• Experience working with small parts requiring fine motor skills.
• Basic mechanical aptitude.
• Experience in aerospace, medical device, or other precision manufacturing environments.
