Precision Deburring Technician
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $18.00–$24.00/hour (Based on Experience)
Shifts Available:
- A-Shift: Monday – Thursday | 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- B-Shift: Monday – Thursday | 2:30 PM – 12:30 AM
- C-Shift: Friday – Sunday | 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Work 36 hours, get paid for 40)

What You'll Do
As a Precision Deburring Technician, you'll help ensure finished components meet the highest quality standards before reaching customers.
Responsibilities include:
- Deburr and finish precision-machined components to exact specifications.
- Remove burrs, sharp edges, and surface imperfections using hand tools and precision equipment.
- Inspect parts for cosmetic and dimensional quality.
- Work with small, intricate components requiring excellent hand-eye coordination.
- Follow detailed work instructions and quality standards.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area.
- Communicate effectively with production and quality teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain efficient workflow.
What We're Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to perform detailed work on small precision components.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Basic computer skills; Microsoft Office experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Preferred Experience
- Previous deburring, polishing, assembly, inspection, or precision manufacturing experience.
- Experience working with small parts requiring fine motor skills.
- Basic mechanical aptitude.
- Experience in aerospace, medical device, or other precision manufacturing environments.
