Precision Deburring Technician
Location: Grand Rapids, MI
Salary: $18 - $24 / Hour (Based on experience)
Shift: Either of the following, please indicate your preference when applying
- A-Shift (Monday – Thursday 5:00 am – 3:00 pm EST)
- B-Shift (Monday – Thursday 2:30 pm – 12:30 am EST)
- C-Shift (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday 6:00 am – 6:00 pm EST)

Position Overview
This is a very detailed oriented position and requires good vision and hand-eye dexterity. Looking for very motivated individuals who have a positive attitude, the ability to learn quickly, like to multitask and ability to streamline workflow. Qualifications
- Detailed oriented and good hand-eye coordination
- Excellent at small detailed work
- Minimum Educational Requirement: HS or GED; Microsoft Office training a plus
- Good communication/interpersonal skills
- Must be self-motivated, have willingness to learn and demonstrate a strong work ethic
Employment Requirements:
- Successful completion of visual and dexterity tests
- Basic mechanical aptitude test
- Drug Testing
- Successful completion of 3 month probationary period.
- Above average rating on peer/management performance review after probationary period.
