Seasonal Visitor Service Representative – Washington, DC

$18/hour | Full-Time | Temporary (Memorial Day–Labor Day)

We are hiring 5 Seasonal Visitor Service Representatives to support peak summer operations at the imagiNATIONS Activity Center in Washington, DC. This is a full-time, temporary position running approximately three months, ending after Labor Day.

Schedule

• 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• 5 days per week
• Overtime and holiday shifts may be available. Weekday and Weekends!

What You’ll Do

You’ll play a key role in keeping daily operations running smoothly in a high-volume public environment. Responsibilities include:

• Welcoming visitors and providing excellent customer service
• Assisting with entry flow and wayfinding
• Collecting attendance and zip code data
• Performing light cleaning of high-touch surfaces
• Supporting crowd management and maintaining an organized environment
• Assisting with activities and programs
• Monitoring safety and reporting incidents promptly
