Position Overview: The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and supporting our sales team by managing customer inquiries, preparing quotes, and ensuring timely follow-ups. This role requires a results-driven individual with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone and email
• Generate new sales leads and support business development initiatives
• Prepare and send quotes, proposals, and follow-up communications
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
• Collaborate with outside sales and other departments to meet client needs
Qualifications:
• Must have knowledge of building supplies
• 1–3 years of inside sales or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM experience a plus and Excel
