Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Miami, FL, for a Social Media Content Creator in the aesthetics field. This role combines hands-on content production, daily execution, and creative input to support and grow The Maercks Institute’s digital presence. You will be responsible for filming content in the clinic and operating room, capturing day-to-day moments, and producing engaging content optimized for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. This includes writing captions, posting and scheduling content, managing multiple accounts, and maintaining organized media libraries using tools like Dropbox. In addition, this role will contribute creative ideas, identify content opportunities, and collaborate with the filming and editing team. The ideal candidate is both reliable in execution and creatively engaged, with an interest in growing into a larger role over time.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Management and Content Creation, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Ability to compose compelling captions, texts, and storytelling narratives that align with the brand voice.
- Experience working closely with marketing teams and editors.
- Ability to manage multiple platforms, meet deadlines, and execute a content calendar efficiently.
- Ability to analyze and report on Social Media Analytics to track performance and identify trends.
- Strong sense of design, creativity, and ability to adapt to the evolving social media landscape.
- A background or interest in healthcare, aesthetics, or luxury branding is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
