We are seeking a high-performing sales professional to guide prospective patients from first contact through consultation and surgery scheduling.
This is not a front-desk or administrative role.
This is a high-ownership, high-accountability sales position working directly with patients seeking $30,000–$120,000 facial procedures.

- Booking consultations and surgeries

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to all new leads within 5 minutes
- Conduct phone and video qualification calls
- Educate patients on: advanced deep-plane facelift techniques, awake/local anesthesia surgery, natural, structural facial rejuvenation as well as certain body procedures
- Ability to qualify patient goals, timeline, budget and financing needs
- Schedule virtual consultations, in-person consultations, surgery dates
- Maintain accurate CRM documentation
- Take full ownership of assigned leads
Experience Required:
- High-ticket sales ($20k offers), preferred in medical, aesthetic, or luxury markets
- Experience speaking with affluent or international clientele
- Comfort discussing pricing early and confidently
- Proven ability to follow a structured sales process
Strong preference for backgrounds in:
- Plastic surgery or aesthetics
- Luxury medical sales
- High-end real estate or private aviation
- Remote high-ticket sales closing
Performance Metrics:
- Average response time under 5 minutes
- ≥80% lead contact rate
- ≥60% consult booking rate
- Consistent progression of leads through the pipeline
This is a performance-based role. Failure to meet metrics will result in termination.
Compensation
- Base salary commission (uncapped)
- Bonuses tied to response time, bookings, and closed cases
