Social Media Content Creator (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
Altek Solutions is a fast-growing Miami-based security camera smart home installation company working in high-end homes and commercial properties.
We’re looking for a creative, trend-savvy Content Creator who can come up with content ideas, show up to real installs, and capture high-quality videos for short-form content on Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
If you love filming behind-the-scenes work, creating satisfying “before & after” transformations, and turning real jobs into viral-worthy content — this is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Create content ideas content plan (weekly/monthly)
- Attend installs and film on-site (homes businesses)
- Capture content like:
- Behind-the-scenes installs
- “Before / During / After” transformations
- Clean wiring / hidden cable runs
- Security camera installs & upgrades
- Outdoor lighting installs
- Smart home audio setups
- Tools we use how we do it
- Educational trend-style content
- Edit short-form videos (CapCut, InShot, Adobe, etc.)
- Add hooks, captions, on-screen text, trending audio, and strong pacing
- Deliver content ready to post (optimized for vertical)
- Help organize and schedule posts (optional but preferred)
- Stay up-to-date on trends, audios, formats, and what’s working right now
- Occasionally be on camera (voiceover, hands-on filming, or quick clips — not required to be an “influencer”)
What We’re Looking For
- Local to Miami / South Florida
- Must have reliable transportation to job sites
- Comfortable filming in residential commercial environments
- Knows how to shoot clean, stable video on an iPhone (or camera)
- Understands short-form content structure:
- Hook in first 1–2 seconds
- Pattern interrupts
- Fast cuts
- Clear storytelling
- Strong CTA
- Organized, reliable, and consistent
- Creative and confident, bringing new ideas to the table
- Familiar with Instagram TikTok trends, captions, and formats
- Can take direction but also work independently
Preferred but not required
- You’ve created viral or high-engaging content
- You’ve managed a business social media account
- You understand content for service businesses (not just lifestyle content)
- You can also take high-quality photos for posts/stories
- Bilingual English / Spanish
- You’ve worked with brands in: security, smart home, construction, trades, real estate, or luxury services
