Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Miami, FL, for an Operating Room (OR) Manager at The Maercks Institute. The OR Manager will oversee the daily operations of the surgical suite, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Responsibilities include coordinating surgical schedules, managing preoperative and postoperative care, supervising the support team, ensuring proper sterilization of instruments, maintaining inventory control, and compliance. The OR Manager will act as a liaison between surgical staff, patients, and other departments, ensuring that procedures run efficiently in a patient-focused environment.

Qualifications
