CIRC, located within the hotel, has an opening for a Part-Time Busser position. Shifts are typically 7am-2pm, Saturday and Sunday. We are looking for someone who enjoys being a part of a team, recognizes the importance of providing exceptional service, and can give our guests a memorable experience every day. day. The starting wage for this position is $15/hr., plus tips averaging $18-$19/hour.
As a Busser, you will:
- Assist servers in delivering food and beverages to guests
- Clear and reset tables promptly to maintain a clean and organized dining area
- Provide friendly and attentive service to ensure guest satisfaction
- Retrieve and transport dirty tableware to dish washing area
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations during peak hours
- Resolve issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
- Set up service stations and restock throughout the shift
- Perform other cleaning and side work duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing needs
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred but not required
