Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a highly driven Manufacturing Project Manager to take full ownership of complex, high-impact projects from concept through to successful delivery. This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about turning plans into results.
As the central force behind project execution, you will lead cross-functional teams, align operations, and ensure that every project is delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards. You will serve as the trusted point of contact, bringing clarity, structure, and momentum to every stage of the project lifecycle.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
End-to-End Project Leadership
- Take full ownership of project execution from initial kickoff through final delivery.
- Build and drive robust project plans, ensuring clear milestones, accountability, and momentum.
- Proactively identify risks, remove roadblocks, and keep projects on track.
Strategic Planning & Scheduling
- Develop and lead integrated project schedules that align with operational capacity and business priorities.
- Drive cross-functional alignment across production, engineering, and quality to deliver realistic and achievable timelines.
- Anticipate challenges early and implement decisive actions to protect delivery commitments.
Supply Chain & Materials Readiness
- Ensure all materials and components are secured ahead of production, eliminating risk to schedules.
- Partner closely with procurement and supply chain teams to manage lead times and supplier performance.
- Actively mitigate supply chain disruptions to maintain continuity and delivery excellence.
Delivery Excellence
- Champion a culture of accountability, ensuring all teams are aligned and committed to on-time delivery.
- Track progress rigorously and communicate status with clarity and confidence.
- Oversee logistics and final delivery to ensure seamless customer fulfilment.
Stakeholder Leadership
- Act as the single, trusted point of contact for all project stakeholders, internally and externally.
- Lead communication with clarity, confidence, and consistency at all levels of the organization.
- Facilitate decision-making, resolve challenges, and drive outcomes without unnecessary escalation.
- Build strong, lasting relationships that enable collaboration and long-term success.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience & Background
- Degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5 years of experience managing projects in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Formal project management training or certification is advantageous.
