Senior PM | Multifamily Construction | Florida
Location: Orlando, FL
A well-established General Contractor is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a large-scale multifamily development in the Orlando market. This opportunity offers the chance to oversee a landmark residential project while working with a highly respected construction team known for delivering complex multifamily and mixed-use developments throughout Florida.
Responsibilities:
• Lead all aspects of project delivery from preconstruction through closeout
• Manage project budgets, schedules, buyout, procurement, and contract administration
• Oversee subcontractor relationships, change orders, RFIs, and project documentation
• Partner closely with field leadership to ensure schedule, quality, and safety objectives are achieved
• Coordinate with ownership, architects, consultants, and municipal agencies
• Drive MEP coordination, project controls, and risk management throughout the lifecycle of the project
• Mentor and support Project Engineers, APMs, and project staff
Qualifications:
• 8 years of Project Management experience with a General Contractor
• Proven experience delivering multifamily projects valued at $50M preferred
• Experience with podium, wrap, mixed-use, structured parking, or amenity-rich residential developments strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of budgeting, buyout, procurement, and cost control
• Proficiency with Procore and construction scheduling platforms
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders while driving project execution
Preferred Background:
• Multifamily experience with leading commercial General Contractors
• Experience delivering 250 unit residential developments
• Florida construction experience preferred
