What You’ll Do
- Manage transportation and highway engineering projects from pursuit through delivery
- Serve as the primary client contact, overseeing scope, schedule, budget, and technical execution
- Lead and contribute to business development efforts, including client meetings, proposals, and presentations
- Provide technical leadership on roadway and transportation design projects
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and mentor junior/mid-level staff
- Develop and strengthen relationships with public-sector transportation clients and stakeholders
- Help expand the firm’s presence across New York transportation markets
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- 15 years of transportation engineering and project management experience
- New York PE license required
- Experience delivering projects for NYSDOT, NYSTA, and Local Federal Aid programs
- Strong business development background and existing industry relationships
- Proven ability to win work, manage clients, and lead project teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
