Graduate Civil / Structural Engineer

What you’ll be doing:
- Preparing and developing CAD drawings, layouts, and scale drawings for complex precast concrete and parking structure projects.
- Translating sketches, specifications, and engineering input into accurate construction drawings.
- Reviewing and updating drawings to reflect design changes and project requirements.
- Coordinating closely with engineers, architects, and project teams to ensure constructability and accuracy.
- Identifying inconsistencies or missing information in drawings and specifications and flagging these for resolution.
- Managing and organising electronic CAD (and where applicable, BIM) files.
- Learning and applying industry drafting standards, technical specifications, and safe work practices.
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering
- Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD (Revit exposure is advantageous)
- Internship, vacation work, or project‑based exposure is ideal but not essential
- Ability to read and interpret technical and structural drawings
- A genuine interest in structural design, precast concrete, and parking structures
- Strong attention to detail, willingness to learn, and good communication skills
