The Role
We are seeking an experienced Site Project Manager with facade industry experience to lead high-end residential projects from design assist through completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical organization of international facade construction projects located in the USA
- Ensure smooth construction progress and maintain construction documentation
- Regular attendance at construction meetings (on-site and virtual)
- Serve as primary contact for clients, architects, and specialist companies on site
- Implement follow-up management and quality control
- Health & Safety compliance on site
- Manage project schedule, on-site quality, and installation budget
- Travel to project sites as required (multi-state)
Requirements
Experience
- 5–7 years as a Site Project Manager or similar in facade/curtain wall/glazing
- Technical knowledge
- Facades, curtain walls, glazing, aluminum sliding door systems, building envelope
Project type
