Overview
IntePros is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support capital projects within a regulated manufacturing environment. This role will lead cross-functional initiatives focused on equipment, process improvements, and automation projects while partnering with Engineering, Operations, Quality, Facilities, Supply Chain, and external vendors.
Responsibilities
- Lead capital equipment and manufacturing projects from kickoff through implementation
- Develop and manage project schedules, milestones, budgets, and risk plans
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution
- Support equipment installations, qualification, and production readiness
- Communicate project updates, risks, and timelines to stakeholders
- Drive accountability and continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle
Qualifications
- 2 years of project management experience leading capital, equipment, or manufacturing projects
- 5 years in a manufacturing or engineering environment (medical device, pharmaceutical, or other regulated industry preferred)
- Experience managing project scope, schedules, budgets, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field preferred
Preferred Skills
- Medical device or regulated manufacturing experience
- PMP certification
- Experience with equipment qualification (FAT, SAT, IQ/OQ/PQ, FAI)
- Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma experience
- Experience with Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar project management tools
Salary : $70 - $77
