Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily preschool classroom activities in a safe and nurturing environment
- Plan and implement engaging lessons aligned with the L.E.A.P. curriculum
- Support early literacy, math, and problem-solving skills
- Maintain structured classroom routines and positive behavior guidance
- Supervise and mentor assistant teachers
- Observe and document developmental progress
- Communicate regularly with families regarding milestones and classroom updates
- Maintain compliance with state childcare licensing requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or higher required
- Previous preschool teaching experience strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices
- Excellent communication and classroom leadership skills
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred
