- Oversee daily operations of the childcare center
- Lead, coach, and develop teaching staff to maintain high program quality
- Ensure full compliance with New Jersey childcare licensing and safety regulations
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and overall center operations
- Support enrollment growth through tours and family engagement
- Maintain strong relationships with families, staff, and the local community

- Bachelor’s degree required
- Previous leadership experience in a childcare, daycare, or preschool setting preferred
