Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Center Director located in Spring, TX. The Center Director will lead daily operations of the childcare center, ensuring the highest quality of care and adherence to state licensing regulations. Responsibilities include overseeing staff, maintaining enrollment, fostering family partnerships, ensuring a safe and enriching environment for children, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with operational standards and policies. Collaboration with families, staff leadership, and adherence to The Learning Experience’s high standards for education and care are key elements of the role.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in early childhood education, center management, or a related field
- Strong organizational, operational, and financial management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with families, staff, and children
- Knowledge of childcare licensing regulations and best practices in early childhood education
- Ability to create and maintain a safe, engaging, and welcoming educational environment
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field (preferred)
- Prior experience managing or supervising staff and handling enrollment processes
- CPR and First Aid certifications (or the willingness to obtain these timely after hiring)
- Commitment to fostering professional growth among staff and maintaining a collaborative team culture
