We are currently hiring licensed real estate agents in the Philadelphia area who have closed between 5–15 transactions in the past 12 months and are looking to grow their business with more consistency. This opportunity is best suited for agents who want to remain independent but are looking for stronger systems, lead flow, and support to increase production.
What You’ll Have Access To Consistent buyer and seller lead opportunities CRM and follow-up systems to manage pipeline effectively Signing software and tech to support your business Ongoing coaching focused on lead conversion and production A collaborative environment with other growth-focused agents Referral network of 115 agents across MD, DE, PA, and NJ (and growing!) Team events, trainings, and networking meet-ups
Responsibilities Follow up with inbound buyer and seller leads Conduct buyer consultations and listing appointments Manage active clients and maintain consistent communication Show properties and host open houses Oversee transactions from contract through closing Track pipeline activity and production metrics Continue to nurture past clients and lead pipeline
Requirements Active Pennsylvania real estate license (NJ, DE, and MD also accepted) 1 - 6 years of experience 5 - 15 closed transactions in the past 12 months preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Self-motivated and comfortable working independently Willingness to follow systems and processes
Compensation Commission-based with bonus opportunities Typical earnings range: $48,000 – $196,000
Schedule Flexible schedule Monday–Friday with weekend availability as needed
