This role is designed for agents who want to grow their production while maintaining independence. We are hiring agents looking for leads, support, and accountability to take their real estate business to the next level.
What You’ll Have Access To Ongoing lead opportunities to support your pipeline CRM system with built-in workflows and tracking Training focused on follow-up, conversion, and organization A collaborative, growth-focused environment Referral network of over 115 agents across 4 states and growing Tech and AI software with Agent Portal access and Google Chat network
Responsibilities Respond to and follow up with real estate leads Conduct buyer and seller consultations Maintain consistent communication with clients Manage transactions from contract to close Track pipeline and performance metrics
Requirements Active real estate license (DE and/or MD) 1–6 years of experience Strong time management and organization Ability to work independently and close sales Coachable and open to structure
Compensation Commission-based with growth potential Typical earnings range: $48,000 – $196,000
Schedule Flexible, self-managed schedule Weekend availability as needed
