This role supports both high-producing solo agents and those interested in leadership.
What You’ll Have Access To Consistent business opportunities through lead generation Live leads provided directly to you and your team members CRM systems designed for both solo agents and teams Accountability and performance tracking Operational support to improve efficiency A flexible, growth-oriented environment
Responsibilities Maintain personal production Support or mentor additional agents (if applicable) Manage client relationships and transactions Track and improve business performance Implement systems to support growth
Requirements Active real estate license (DE and/or MD) 2 years of experience Consistent sales performance Interest in leadership or team development Organized and self-driven
Compensation Commission-based with long-term growth potential Typical earnings range: $60,000 – $220,000
