We’re seeking a caring, reliable Overnight Shift Lead to care for students ages 7-22 with autism. You’ll serve as the point person during your shift and help ensure smooth transitions and clear communication between staff. Shift: Mon-Fri 12am-8am
What you'll do:

Engage with residents through activities, daily living skills, and supportive behavior strategies

Follow and document goals and behavior plans accurately

Assist with hygiene and daily routines while promoting independence

Maintain a safe, clean, home‑like environment and report needs or issues

Serve as the point‑of‑contact during the overnight shift and ensure smooth communication between staff

High school diploma or equivalent required

Experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities preferred
- Must pass background checks (no felonies, no abuse, assault, or neglect convictions) and drug screen

Strong communication skills and reliability, especially during overnight hours

Ability to maintain a safe, clean, and respectful home environment

Must be patient, compassionate, and comfortable providing hands‑on support

Ability to lift, bend, and perform physical tasks as needed
