The Keller Group is partnering with a rapidly growing client to identify a Financial Analyst to join their team. The Financial Analyst will play a key role in budgeting, financial modeling, and reporting, while collaborating cross-functionally to deliver meaningful financial insights across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance budget, forecast, and actuals across the P&L, Cash Flow Statement, and Balance Sheet
- Support the development and ongoing management of budgets, forecasts, and annual operating plans
- Build and refine financial models to support strategic decision-making
- Deliver clear, concise financial reporting to leadership on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- Analyze trends across revenue, customer performance, expenses, and vendor activity
- Prepare KPI dashboards and reporting packages for executive leadership and the Board of Directors
- Evaluate key business metrics and identify opportunities to improve data utilization
- Assist with financial research and analysis related to strategic initiatives, including partnerships and M&A
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- 2 years of experience in corporate finance
- Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Proficiency in Power BI with the ability to build dashboards from the ground up
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis, etc.)
- Strong PowerPoint skills with the ability to present data in a clear, compelling format
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across all levels of an organization
- High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Must be based in the Phoenix area to be considered.
Salary : $85,000 - $90,000
