Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations across service delivery, technology, resource planning, and project management teams to ensure predictable, high-quality outcomes.
- Establish performance frameworks, operational plans, and KPIs that drive efficiency, profitability, and growth.
- Align cross-functional teams, remove bottlenecks, and ensure priorities across operations, IT, and project delivery are coordinated.
- Optimize project delivery through effective planning, tracking, reporting, and best practices for on-time, on-budget execution.
- Streamline processes, integrate systems, and implement scalable workflows to improve operational performance and reduce inefficiencies.
- Foster a high-performance, execution-focused culture through leadership development, coaching, and structured training programs.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
- 10 years of executive-level experience leading operations, project delivery, or technical execution.
