Title: Physical Therapist – Home Health

Location: Searcy, AR (50-mile coverage radius)

Completion Bonus: $5,000 after successful 13-week assignment

Position Details

• Assignment Length: 13 weeks
• Weekly Hours: Flexible (32–40 hours guaranteed)
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• On-Call/Weekends: Not required
• Mileage Reimbursement: Yes (between patient visits – first to last patient)
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Physical Therapy evaluations and reassessments
• Perform Start of Care (SOC) visits for home health patients
• Provide treatment visits as required
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a home health setting
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation (within 24 hours as per policy)
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Arkansas
• CPR Certification
• Home Health experience (required)
• Experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) system
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Strong time management and documentation efficiency
• Ability to maintain high-quality clinical care standards
• Adaptability in a travel/home health environment
