Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by APTA.
- Active Arkansas physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Outpatient physical therapy experience preferred.
- New graduates and first-time travelers are accepted.
- Experience with moderate productivity expectations: ability to manage ~60 visits per week and 12–14 patients per day; comfortable with double-booking of follow-up visits.
- Ability to treat middle-age, active patient population; some experience with pelvic health is a plus.
- Ability to work a guaranteed 36 hours per week with expectation to work up to 40 hours.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous outpatient clinic experience.
- Familiarity with productivity targets and efficient patient flow in high-volume clinics.

- Shift Name: Days.
- Primary rate type: 8-hour day schedule.
- OT approval required by director prior to working overtime hours.
- Float to other clinics: no.
