Sourcing Specialist

• Lead complex contract negotiations for high-risk and high-value supplier agreements.
• Review, draft, interpret, and negotiate contract terms while mitigating legal, commercial, and operational risks.
• Analyze supplier pricing proposals and drive cost optimization and savings opportunities.
• Develop and execute sourcing and negotiation strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage supplier relationships throughout the contract lifecycle to maximize value, performance, and customer satisfaction.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct sourcing events, and evaluate RFP responses.
• Customize and enhance contract language to address evolving technology, market, regulatory, and business needs.
• Support mergers and acquisitions activities, including contract reassignment and supplier negotiations.
• Ensure contracts comply with legal, regulatory, procurement, and corporate governance requirements.
• Resolve vendor disputes, advise stakeholders on contract risks, and recommend effective mitigation strategies.
• Mentor Contract Analysts and provide guidance on sourcing, negotiations, and risk management best practices.
• Collaborate with executive leadership, vendors, and cross-functional teams to improve service delivery, savings, and business outcomes.

Key Requirements

• 5 years of Sourcing, Procurement, Contract Management, or related experience.
• Strong expertise in contract drafting, interpretation, risk assessment, and negotiations.
• Experience analyzing pricing proposals and negotiating commercial terms.
• Ability to gather business requirements and develop strategic sourcing solutions.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience negotiating Software Licensing agreements (on-premises and SaaS/vendor-hosted).
• Knowledge of AI-related contracts and technology procurement.
• Experience negotiating software license renewals and commercial pricing agreements.
