Position Summary:
Seeking an entry-level Safety Analyst to support workplace safety, ergonomics, and compliance initiatives in a manufacturing environment. This role involves safety audits, risk assessments, incident investigations, ergonomic evaluations, and safety training.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct safety audits and workplace risk assessments.
- Assist with incident investigations and corrective actions.
- Analyze safety data and prepare reports.
- Perform ergonomic assessments of equipment, workstations, and processes.
- Support implementation of safety and ergonomic improvements.
- Deliver safety and ergonomics training to employees.
- Maintain compliance documentation and corrective action records.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to operations teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Safety, Ergonomics, EHS, Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field; OR equivalent technical education/certification.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to interpret data and develop recommendations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Safety or Ergonomics certification.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations.
- Manufacturing, industrial, or warehouse experience.
- Experience with safety audits, risk assessments, or ergonomic evaluations.
Experience
- 0-3 years of experience.
- Recent graduates with safety, ergonomics, engineering, or technical backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
