- Lead capital projects from $10K to $5M—design, install, test, and launch new systems
- Own schedules, budgets, vendor coordination, and cross-functional collaboration
- Drive process improvements and capability upgrades across automated equipment
- Provide technical leadership in PLCs, HMIs, motion control, and vision systems
- Partner with Maintenance, Ops, Quality, and Corporate Engineering to optimize throughput
- Define and implement engineering standards for process control and reliability
- Present solutions, lead training, and represent the company with vendors and professional organizations
- Bachelor’s in Engineering (EE/ME/CHE); MS/MBA a plus
- 3 years of industrial experience (CPG, Food, Beverage, or Pharma manufacturing preferred)
- Strong background in electrical controls, PLCs (Allen-Bradley), HMIs (Wonderware), and motion systems
- Familiarity with UL, CE, Cognex/Keyence vision systems, and AutoCAD
- Project management skills (PMP a plus); experience with SAP, MS Project, and continuous improvement tools
- An analytical mindset, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to lead under pressure
