- Shift Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
- Weekly Hour Guarantee: 40 hours
- Productivity Expectation: 25 points
- Coverage Area: Orange County, primarily East & Central Orlando
- On‑Call / Weekend Requirement: None
- Mileage Reimbursement: Yes — reimbursed between visits (first patient to last patient)
- Dress Code: Any color scrubs

- Comprehensive Evaluations: Assess functional mobility, strength, balance, endurance, pain, and safety within the home environment.
- Plan of Care Development: Create, implement, and update individualized Plans of Care aligned with physician orders and measurable goals.
- Skilled Interventions: Deliver evidence‑based therapy to improve gait, mobility, balance, strength, endurance, and pain management.
- Patient & Caregiver Education: Teach home exercise programs, safety precautions, fall‑prevention strategies, and proper use of DME.
- Home Safety Assessments: Identify environmental risks and recommend modifications to support safe, independent function.
- Documentation: Complete accurate, timely, and compliant documentation (evals, visits, reassessments, progress notes, discharges) in the EMR.
- Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Coordinate with nursing, OT, ST, social work, and physicians to support optimal patient outcomes.
- Clinical Communication: Report changes in condition, barriers, or concerns promptly to physicians and agency leadership.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to Medicare, VA, and payer guidelines, including skilled need and homebound criteria.
- Caseload Management: Independently manage schedule, productivity, and visit timeliness expectations.
- Florida Physical Therapy License (active and in good standing)
