About The Role
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to drive brand visibility, lead generation, and overall growth through data-driven marketing strategies.
This is a hands-on role where you will take ownership of digital marketing efforts across content, social media, SEO, and campaigns while working closely with leadership to execute and refine strategy.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across social media, web, email, and campaigns
- Create content for borrowers, referral partners, and recruiting initiatives
- Manage and grow social media platforms
- Support SEO initiatives through blog content, landing pages, and website updates
- Improve website performance with a focus on conversion and user experience
- Launch and manage email and digital marketing campaigns
- Track and analyze key performance metrics including traffic, engagement, and ROI
- Utilize AI tools and marketing platforms to improve efficiency and performance
- Collaborate with leadership and internal teams on marketing initiatives
- 3–7 years of experience in digital marketing
- Experience in mortgage, lending, banking, real estate, or financial services preferred
- Strong background in content creation and social media management
- Experience with SEO and website optimization
- Experience with email marketing and campaign execution
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and performance tracking tools
- Experience with WordPress, Canva or Adobe, and marketing platforms
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
