Job Summary
We are seeking a social media manager and content creator for our restaurant and our Construction Company . Must be able to create content , shoot video and pictures, edit content, and post content. The ideal person should be very creative !
Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across all social media platforms.
- Utilize SEO techniques to optimize content for search engines and improve organic reach.
- Conduct social listening to monitor brand mentions and industry trends, responding appropriately to audience interactions.
- Analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and Buffer to refine strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook Advertising to drive traffic and conversions.
- Design graphics and visuals using software like capcut and others for social media posts.
- Oversee community management by engaging with followers, managing relationships, and fostering a positive online community.
- Proofread all content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, e-commerce, and social media management.
Experience
- Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.
- Familiarity with web analytics tools like Google Analytics for tracking performance metrics.
- Experience in content creation, public relations, branding, and relationship management is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of video editing techniques and photography is a plus.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
