Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting required
- CPA strongly preferred
- Master's Degree a plus
- Manufacturing accounting experience required
- Strong background in financial reporting, audits, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance
- Experience supervising and developing accounting staff
- ERP experience required; SAP, Power BI, and Hyperion experience preferred
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Lead the monthly close process and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting in accordance with US GAAP
- Manage account reconciliations, journal entries, variance analysis, and balance sheet reviews
- Oversee internal controls, SOX compliance, and external and internal audit activities
- Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Drive financial analysis and provide decision support to business leadership
- Manage cash accounts, rebates, sales discount programs, and balance sheet optimization initiatives
- Serve as a key user for ERP and reporting systems, helping drive automation and process improvements
- Lead and develop accounting team members, including Accounts Payable and Financial Analysis functions
- Partner cross-functionally to improve financial performance and operational effectiveness
