Duties
- Assist bartenders by restocking supplies such as glassware, garnishes, liquor bottles, and mixers to ensure seamless service during busy hours
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including cleaning glassware, wiping down counters, and disposing of waste in accordance with health standards
- Buss tables and clear empty glasses or dishes from the bar area promptly to keep the space tidy and inviting
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks efficiently and deliver excellent customer service
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments is highly preferred, especially within nightclubs or banquet settings
- Familiarity with POS systems a plus
- Knowledge of food handling, catering, and food preparation standards to ensure safety and quality
- Strong cleaning skills to maintain a hygienic environment at all times
- Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork and guest interaction
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with bussing, serving, or cashiering roles within the food industry is advantageous
- Previous hotel or kitchen experience can be beneficial for understanding hospitality operations
