We're on the hunt for a barback who’s sharp, efficient, and ready to support our talented bartenders in delivering next-level guest experiences, but also eager and ambitious to learn and grow into the next step of their journey behind the bar.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Keeping the bar fully stocked with everything from bottles to ice (you're the real MVP).
- Assisting bartenders like a pro – fast, efficient, and always one step ahead.
- Clearing glassware, restocking garnishes, and making sure the bar area looks sharp.
- Helping maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Bringing high energy and good vibes – always.
- Assisting the bartender in preparing cocktails and other mixed drinks according to recipes
- Preform opening and closing duties according to established sidework checklist
What We’re Looking For:
- A team player with a strong work ethic and a “no job too small” attitude.
- Hospitality-driven mindset – You understand that behind-the-scenes service is just as vital as what’s on the menu
- Quick on your feet, reliable, and ready to handle a busy night with a smile.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs (kegs, cases – barback gains)
- Previous bar or restaurant experience is a plus, but not required.
- Must be 21
- Assists bartender in preparing cocktails and other mixed drinks according to recipes
- Have a thorough knowledge of the menu and ingredients
- Basic understanding of Health & Safety, Food Hygiene, and Employment legislation
- Open availability and flexibility to work AM/PM shifts and according to the needs of the business
