As a Personal Lines Account Manager, you will manage a fresh book of business, handle standard personal lines accounts, and work collaboratively with a supportive and tight-knit team. Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $50,000 - $70,000 annually
• Incentives: Quarterly incentive plan based on office goals (new business and retention)

Responsibilities

• Manage a fresh book of business, focusing on standard personal lines accounts such as home, auto, and umbrella policies
• Provide exceptional service to clients, addressing their insurance needs and inquiries
• Quote new and renewal business, with a focus on new business acquisition
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to achieve office goals for new business and retention
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applied EPIC system
  
  

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required; additional designations are highly preferred
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in sales or service; 5 years preferred (candidates with captive experience will be considered)
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Applied EPIC software is preferred
