Insurance Agent (Commercial and/or Personal)

Job Summary

Seeking dynamic and motivated Insurance Agents to join a growing team. As an Insurance Agent, will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by acquiring new clients and maintaining strong relationships with existing ones. Compensation Package

• Base Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 (DOE) with potential for higher compensation based on experience (up to $100,000 for exceptional candidates).
• Commissions:
• 40% on new business (P&C).
• 25% on renewals.
• 50% on benefits.
• 5% bonus for achieving sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a book of business by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries promptly.
• Collaborate with service staff to ensure seamless client support, assisting with service tasks as needed.
• Quote and bind new and renewal business.
• Stay informed about industry trends, products, and regulations to provide clients with the best solutions.
• Attend client meetings and networking events as required.
  
  

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
• Experience:
• Proven experience in insurance production is a must.
• Open to candidates with varying levels of experience; compensation will be commensurate with experience.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with AMS360 software is preferred.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
