What You'll Do
- Manage an assigned book of Personal Lines accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for client needs
- Build strong, long-term relationships through proactive service and responsive communication
- Handle policy changes, endorsements, renewals, billing inquiries, and day-to-day account servicing
- Review coverage options and help clients make informed insurance decisions
- Coordinate with carrier partners to resolve issues and ensure a smooth client experience
- Monitor upcoming renewals, gather updated information, and assist with coverage and pricing reviews
- Maintain accurate account documentation and policy records
- Collaborate with agency leadership and team members to deliver outstanding service
- 3 years of Personal Lines insurance experience
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with AMS360 or similar agency management systems preferred
- Self-motivated, dependable, and team-oriented
