Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
- Comprehensive benefits package.
- Manage a generalist book of mid-to-large market accounts, with premiums ranging from $50,000 to $500,000.
- Handle all aspects of account management, including quoting new and renewal business.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for support on quoting and renewals.
- Provide professional and knowledgeable service to clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records and utilize Applied EPIC software for account management.
- Uphold the company’s professional and flexible culture while delivering exceptional client service.
- Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of commercial lines agency experience.
- Proficiency in Applied EPIC software is preferred.
- Strong communication skills; must be professional, well-spoken, and client-focused.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively.
- A caring and knowledgeable approach to client interactions.
