Compensation Package
- Competitive salary range: $45,000 - $65,000 (based on experience).
- Comprehensive benefits package, including 100% company-paid medical insurance.

- Act as the primary relationship manager for personal lines accounts.
- Handle the full renewal process, including quoting and policy updates.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, issuing ID cards, and processing policy changes.
- Utilize agency management software (Hawksoft) to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Work with a book of business totaling approximately $2.4 million in premium.
- Licenses/Certifications: Must hold a valid Property & Casualty (P&C) license in Washington State.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal lines insurance.
- Familiarity with insurance carriers and processes is required.
- Proficiency in Hawksoft software is preferred but not required (training will be provided).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and with attention to detail.
