Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients through exceptional customer service and proactive support.
- Manage new business, policy renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and claims in an efficient and client-focused manner.
- Collaborate with underwriters and carriers to negotiate optimal coverage and pricing options for clients.
- Assess client needs, recommend insurance products, and provide tailored solutions.
- Educate clients on policy terms, coverage options, risk management strategies, and changes.
- Ensure prompt, accurate handling of client requests, inquiries, and transactions.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and insurance products.
- Maintain accurate client files and account documentation in line with company policies.
- Proactively identify and address potential service issues, providing timely resolutions.
- Assist the sales team in onboarding new clients and cross-selling additional products.
Required:
- Experience: Minimum [X years] of experience in commercial insurance, account management, or a related field.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).

- Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.
- Professional designations such as CIC, CPCU, ARM, or CISR are a plus.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
