Commercial Insurance Account Manager - Washington

This role will include support of incoming new business opportunities in addition to ongoing cross-sell, upsell, account rounding, and general organic growth efforts tied to the book. We are looking for someone who naturally recognizes opportunities within conversations and relationships and can help create long-term customer value through thoughtful account management.

- Insurance Experience – Active Property & Casualty License required. Insurance experience necessary.

- Process endorsements for clients.
- Manage a diverse book of house accounts.
- Cross-sell additional lines of business to existing customers.
- Support designated sales staff.
- Review and respond to renewal activities.
- Follow up and see tasks thru to completion.

- 3 years Commercial Lines experience preferred
- Functional familiarity with Applied EPIC strongly preferred
- Ability to independently manage day-to-day account activity
- Comfortable with applications, accords, marketing, proposals, and carrier communication
- Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
- Generalist commercial experience preferred across a variety of account types
