Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $60,000 - $75,000 annually
- Bonus: Discretionary annual bonus ranging from 3% to 10% of base salary
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package (details to be provided)

- Work Schedule: Hybrid (4 days in-office, 1 day remote)
- Assist Client Managers in managing a high volume of accounts ranging from $50,000 to $500,000, including construction, equipment rentals, and golf courses.
- Support the account pre-renewal and post-bind processes.
- Conduct client outreach and ensure timely communication.
- Coordinate with support staff to gather necessary documentation, such as loss runs and endorsements.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless client service and satisfaction.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of the team by managing administrative tasks and supporting client-related activities.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an independent or retail brokerage environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage a high volume of clients (up to 150 accounts).
- Proficiency in client management software (experience with Sagitta is a plus but not required).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach to work, with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
