Compensation Package
- Salary Range: Competitive, starting in the mid $60,000s to $70,000s, with potential for higher compensation depending on experience.

- Manage and service high-net-worth personal lines accounts, ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction.
- Handle accounts involving secondary homes, vacation properties, fine art, wine collections, and other luxury assets.
- Work with high-net-worth carriers and maintain strong relationships with them.
- Quote new and renewal business, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Participate in the interview and assessment process as part of the company’s core values team.
- Licensure: Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
- Experience: 4-6 years of experience managing high-net-worth personal lines accounts.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software is preferred.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with high-net-worth carriers and markets is essential.
- Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and client service skills.
- Work Environment: Ability to work onsite for the first 90 days, with the option to transition to a hybrid schedule thereafter.
Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
