Job Summary

Seeking a motivated and professional Commercial Lines Producer to join a dynamic team. This role is ideal for a results-driven individual with a proven track record in commercial insurance sales. As a Commercial Lines Producer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, driving new business, and managing account renewals. This is a fully in-office position, with occasional travel for client meetings.

Compensation Package

• Base Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 annually commissions

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of commercial insurance clients.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Manage the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals.
• Handle account renewals and ensure client satisfaction.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and the Sales Manager to achieve departmental goals.
• Utilize Epic software to manage client accounts and documentation.
• Attend client meetings as required, including occasional travel.
  
  

Qualifications/Requirements

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License is required.
• Proven experience in commercial insurance sales is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in using Epic software is a plus.
• Strong professional demeanor with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to take accountability and work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
• Experience working in independent agencies is preferred.
• Must be able to hit the ground running with minimal training.
