Responsibilities

• Manage general liability accounts, with an average account size of $20,000
• Handle inbound client calls and emails, providing exceptional customer service
• Meet with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions
• Quote new and renewal business, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Follow up with clients throughout the entire process to ensure satisfaction
• Collaborate with the team to achieve company goals and contribute to a positive work environment
  
  

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in the insurance industry preferred
• Software Proficiency: Familiarity with Hawksoft is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
