Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $50,000 - $70,000 annually, based on experience.
- Benefits:
- 100% employer-paid healthcare and retirement through a reputable financial institution.
- 401(k) plan with a 3% salary match.
- Profit sharing (3%-8%).
- 10 days of PTO (negotiable).
- Work Environment: Fully in-office, with a laid-back and flexible culture.
- Manage a portfolio of commercial accounts, primarily small businesses, including contractors, LLCs, banks, and restaurants.
- Support three agents with daily tasks such as renewals, certificates, and quoting new/renewal business.
- Utilize Hawksoft software to manage client information and processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and contribute to the agency's growth.
- Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: 1 years of experience in a similar role preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Hawksoft software is a plus.
