Seeking a motivated and professional Commercial Lines Producer to join a growing team. Compensation Package

• Base Salary: $60,000 for the first six months, transitioning to commission-only thereafter.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of small to mid-sized commercial accounts.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met effectively.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and deliver outstanding service.
• Utilize Epic software to manage client accounts and documentation.
• Stay informed about industry trends and regulations to provide clients with the best possible solutions.
  
  

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience: Previous experience in commercial insurance is essential.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Epic software is preferred.
