Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $40,000 - $60,000 annually, based on experience.
- Benefits:
- 401(k) with a 3% employer match.
- Comprehensive benefits package available.
- Work Schedule:
- Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM.
- Friday: 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM.
As a Personal Lines Account Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Quoting new and renewal policies.
- Explaining coverage options to clients in a clear and professional manner.
- Cross-selling additional products and services when appropriate.
- Managing and processing policy renewals.
- Collecting and updating renewal information.
- Assisting clients with billing and claims inquiries.
- Maintaining and servicing a book of personal lines accounts, with a mix of standard and high-net-worth clients.
- Utilizing AMS360 software for account management and documentation.
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following qualifications:
- Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license in Oregon is required.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the insurance industry (3 years preferred).
- Familiarity with personal lines accounts, including home, auto, renters, and umbrella policies.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 software is preferred.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling client accounts.
- Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
